Never too Late for Great – What it Stands For
You may know that I’ve written a book called Never too Late for Great: Thriving Beyond the 9 to 5!.

The book introduces strategies for making the most of your years after work and it includes a few items to help you stay focused and implement those strategies in your life. One of those items views GREAT as an acronym. The details are listed below. I hope this inspires you and helps keep you on track!
G = GRATITUDE. There’s nothing more important. Every day, be grateful for the fact that you’re still here and you can enjoy the day, help someone else, and be a blessing in the world! Gratitude helps you sustain the positive and hopeful attitude that will keep you looking forward to everything that’s next.
R = RESILIENCE (or Relentlessness). The fact that you’re here, looking for ways to live your best after-work life, proves that you are resilient, that you are hopeful, and that you have more to give. You’ve lived through a lot and you’re looking for more! You are relentless!
E = ENJOYMENT. Don’t forget to take time to enjoy what you have and what you can do. You’re blessed to be where you are. Celebrate it!
A = ACCEPTANCE. There are inescapable facts of human existence. Resistance and struggle disappear once we learn to surrender and accept our lives for the wonder and blessing that they are, regardless of the changes and challenges time may bring.
T = TRANSFORMATION. This process will transform you and change your life yet again. It will help you live the best life you can until the end!
